Watch the workouts Bella edits with SweatCut
Auto-edit watches your video and marks every exercise and rest by name. Describe the workout in your own words, like “10 exercises, 30 seconds on, 20 off”, and it follows along. You can make any changes after the auto-run, if you want.
Describe the workout
This is a core video with 10 exercises. Each exercise is 30 seconds of work and 20 seconds break. The video starts around 35 seconds.
Finding exercises…Auto-edit found 10 exercises in this video. You can apply them and make any additional changes you would like.
Tell auto-edit what you filmed. The more it knows about the workout, the better it does.
Drag a boundary, rename an exercise or split a segment right on the timeline if you want to make any changes.
Auto-edit shows how many credits it will use from your monthly pool before you run it.
Countdown timers, exercise names, automatic up-next previews, coaching tips, a progress bar, your logo and a title. Drag them where you want, hide the ones you don't. Save the locations to your profile so every video starts with them in the same spot.
The last three seconds of every exercise and rest beep, and the number turns your brand colour.
During each rest, or over the last couple of seconds of the current exercise, a window plays the exercise that's coming, so people following along can get ready.
Drag a widget on the video and save it so all new videos have the same locations. You can create multiple profiles and save different arrangements for different styles of video.
Switch the video to vertical for Reels and Shorts, and the widgets come with it, or you can hide them.
Pick a colour, a font and your logo. Make it the default brand and every new workout starts with it, so the channel looks the same from one upload to the next. Try the colours and fonts below.

Film the whole workout straight through, flubbed reps and water breaks included. Afterward, cut the dead time out in a couple of drags, and the timers and names move with the cut.
Mark the start and end of a mistake and delete it.
Your video file is never changed, so a cut can always come back.
A cut, a rename, a moved widget, a colour. One press each.
Drag your songs onto the timeline. They dip under every countdown ding on their own and come back up after.
Keep your songs in folders like Abs or Pilates.
Songs fade in and out over up to 12 seconds, and overlap where you want a handoff.

No. SweatCut opens your video from your Mac and exports it there.
Auto-edit comes with Standard and Pro, and the free trial includes 100 credits to try it.
Yes. Auto-edit proposes the marks and you check them before anything is applied. Every mark can be moved, renamed or removed afterward, and ⌘Z takes back any step.
Each tier sets the longest finished workout you can export: 30 minutes on Starter, 90 on Standard and 120 on Pro, and 60 on the free trial. It counts the finished video, so a 40-minute take cut down to 25 minutes exports fine on Starter.
